It's unique design means that we can tailor the method of cleaning to your carpets and it cleans them without leaving them too wet at the end!

Do you guarantee stain removal?
Unfortunately, we can't guarantee to remove all stains and it would be dishonest to do so. There are so many factors to take into account when we try to remove a stain, including things like carpet quality, age and any previous stain removal attempts. We do guarantee to do our very best, using our knowledge and range of specialist cleaning products. The other thing we can guarantee is that Lee's inner neat freak really will try his hardest to help you get the best possible outcome - he hates not meeting a challenge!

There's no hard and fast rule, it's very much down to personal circumstances and preference. We aren't in the business of overselling services, but broadly speaking, we generally recommend an annual clean. In areas of high footfall or in homes with pets and young children, you may benefit from increasing the frequency a little. Overall, however, well maintained carpets, will help to prolong their life.

Will too much carpet cleaning wear down my carpet fibres?

Do you move the furniture?
We are unable to clear the rooms ourselves. On or before the day of the clean, we'd ask you to move as much furniture out of the room as possible (we can work round it if it's not able to be moved) and give the carpets a good vacuum.

How long will it take for my carpets to dry so that I can walk on them?
On average, the drying time is 2-4 hours. However, this very much depends on other factors such as what level of cleaning has been carried out and if there is any heating or sunlight to aid the process. Until the carpets are dry, we suggest not walking on them, or at least keeping walking on them to a minimum.

Will the backing of my carpet get wet during cleaning?
Any moisture applied to the carpet is removed by a powerful extraction system, so the back of the carpet will not be wet. Our advanced cleaning system is so good that during this process it also removes any sand, dust mites, pollen, dirt and other contaminants as well!
