I'm Lee (and this is Max)... I've been working in the cleaning industry for over 15 years and have a huge amount of experience. I'm a self confessed neat freak, which is a great attribute for this job, but more than anything the desire to leave you with that sparkling 'wow' finish is what drives me! I do the majority of the cleans myself, so it's me that you'll see, although occasionally my wife Laura will join me as well. I've spent years building Vale Cleaning Solutions and am proud of the the feedback and support of my customers, many of whom come back time after time. I'm Laura... The better half of Vale Cleaning Solutions! While occasionally I'll help Lee with the cleaning jobs, I mostly work behind the scenes. However, it's actually me that you'll most likely first speak to as looking after the admin, phone calls and email is what keeps me occupied. I'm also in charge of the diary and like to keep Lee nice and busy! My background is in Customer Service and so Lee and I really are the perfect pair, working together to our own strengths to build Vale Cleaning Solutions in to the business it is today. I'm so proud of what we've achieved, I just love delighting our customers with the high standards of cleaning and customer service that we both strive to deliver and I love the relationships that we've built with them over the years.
