Who will complete my clean?
We are a small family run business. We don't use any contractors, so it'll be Lee and his trusty green van that arrives to see you (and very occasionally Laura).

Do you need parking?
We need constant access to our vehicle and the equipment that we carry, so we do need to be able to park right outside your property. Unfortunately, the size of our vehicle means that we can't park in public carparks as an alternative solution. We've been around the block a few times and so are more than happy to talk through additional access issues relating to specific properties, please just get in contact if you're unsure.

I live in a flat, will you be able to clean for me?
We do offer oven cleaning in flats, providing you can offer us suitable parking. Our van is where all the magic happens and so we need to have access to that at all times. Carpet and upholstery cleaning is a bit more of a challenge and in order to be able to offer it to anyone other than ground floor residents, we would need good lift access for all the equipment. If there is no lift access, we're sorry, but we can't offer you that service.

We try as much as possible to offer an estimated time of arrival. However, due to various challenges such as traffic and delays on previous jobs, we'd appreciate a degree of flexibility. We will always keep you updated with our progress and whether we are running a little behind or ahead of schedule.

How can I pay?
Payment is via cash or bank transfer on completion of work. You'll always receive a receipt that details the work completed.

Are you insured?
Yes we have full insurance for residential and commercial properties, including public liability insurance. Please contact us for more information if you have any questions.

What areas do you cover?
As standard, we cover the following areas :
Bodmin, Bude, Camelford, Fowey, Bude, Camelford, Launceston, Lostwithiel, Newquay, Padstow, Port Isaac, Rock, St Columb, Truro, Wadebridge and all surrounding villages.
If you're outside of these areas, it's no problem, but we may request a small travel surcharge. Contact us to discuss the options.

We understand the pressures of daily life all too well and that it may not be practical for you to be present. As a family run business, we pride ourselves on our honesty and the relationships we build with our customers. We are happy to work around special arrangements, such as collecting keys from key safes and neighbours and working independently. Of course, it's always lovely to put a face to a name, for both you and us, but we'll do what we can to help out! Get in contact to discuss any arrangements you might have and make sure they are logged at the the time of booking.
